Our impressive growth continues

We are delighted to announce that phase one of our extension has been completed. We are now in the process of making the ground floor production area, production office and new sausage room fully operational.

This extra space not only serves to increase our capacity but it also helps us continue to enhance our service to customers. It’s a prime example of the hard working, proactive approach we take to business at Birtwistles.

This is only the beginning however, phase two is now underway, which includes the development of our new state-of-the-art Dry-Aging Himalayan Salt Brick Chamber. Once this is completed we will move on to phase three with the addition of new staff facilities and offices.

We are always looking for new ways to improve our facilities and offer a better service to all our customers. We look forward to showing you the finished article in all its glory… but until then here are some shots of our newly finished extension.
