The festive season is now in its peak at Birtwistles!
While all departments continue to pull together and support operations, we’ve still made time for some Christmas cheer 🎄
On Tuesday, our fabulous colleagues enjoyed a freshly prepared Christmas lunch, expertly cooked by our chef Stephen Midgley, with support from Andy Green, Head of Sales & Development.
The celebrations were shared across our Head Office, Milton Keynes and Driver Ambassadors ⭐
Wednesday marked our annual Christmas Charity Raffle draw.
Each year, Birtwistles nominates charities to support, and thanks to the incredible generosity of our suppliers and customers, we had an amazing range of prizes — from TVs and bikes to hampers and even a hot tub!
The main prize being a £1500 weekend break, won by one lucky colleague.
This event is always a highlight for the festive Birtwistle’s calendar, but more importantly, it raises vital funds for our chosen charities.
This year, we are proud to be supporting The Burnt Chef Project® and Bury Hospice. Over the course of this year we have raised an incredible £13,500 which will be split between our 2 charities.
A huge THANK YOU 👏 to all our customers and suppliers who generously donated prizes, and to all our colleagues who purchased raffle tickets and supported fundraising activities throughout the year.
