‘Meat’ the Butcher

Our Master Butcher, Andy Woods, attended the second ‘Meat the Butcher’ event at the Solent Hotel.  This followed on from the success of the first evening held in May.  The interaction and feedback from the customers who had booked on the event was excellent. They all came to speak to Andy about the products and Birtwistles before and after their meal and were very complimentary.
