Hourly Pay Gap
We are pleased to report that we have no gender pay gap for the year 2023/24.
Women earned £1 for every £1 earned by men when comparing median hourly pay.

When comparing mean (average) hourly pay, women’s hourly pay is 3.1% higher than men’s.

In our organisation, women occupy 28.4% of the highest paid jobs and 21.8% of the lowest paid jobs.
