From farm to fork with Holroyd Howe

We proudly maintain the highest standards of animal welfare, traceability and food safety at every stage of the supply chain. We understand how important this is to our customers, which is why we regularly invite chefs and managers to come and see the remarkable journey behind all of our products.

We are the preferred supplier to Holroyd Howe, one of the UK’s leading contract school caterers, and have been dealing with them for over 4 years. We provide support with Food Files, training days and school demos. Recently some of their chefs and managers accompanied us on a visit to a farm and abattoir.

This gave key members of their team the chance to see where their meat comes from and how professionally we manage the food chain from farm to fork. As you can see from the pictures everyone found the day interesting and enjoyable.
