Our process is as rigorous as it is patient. We exclusively source native British prime steers and heifers, including traditional Beef Shorthorn, Hereford, and Aberdeen Angus, bred to our unique specifications.
The cattle are fed a superior diet, rich in nutrients, to produce meat with a rich, textured marbling. After careful rearing, the beef undergoes a meticulous dry-aging process, locked away for fourteen days to enhance its flavour and tenderness. Only after passing a thorough inspection by our expert graders and Master Butcher is the meat deemed worthy of the Dukesmoor brand.
