Tattu Meat Training

As part of our continued commitment to our customer base we have recently taken part and completed our meat supplier training off-site at four Tattu locations around the UK in London, Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester.

Tattu delivers contemporary Chinese cuisine, fusing traditional flavours with modern cooking methods and exquisite presentation. Each site will take you on a sensory journey from East to West and delivers a dining experience like no other.

We demonstrated to, over the four sites, in excess of fifty personnel including Chefs, Front of House staff & GM’s.

The sessions were great, the enthusiasm & willingness to learn and understand further the work that is involved in delivering the group’s product was well understood and a credit to the calibre of staff Tattu have.


We have also supported Tattu and their Young Chef of the Year Award and will host the winner at our head office for two days for further development.
